“Fika” - a ritual that’s “important in Swedish culture, about taking a moment to have a break and socialise - a moment to slow down and appreciate the good things in life.’
This illustration is of a woman and her cat, taking a few moments to enjoy a coffee and the view from the window, highlighting the benefits of spending time with animals and looking out at nature as a way to unwind and de-stress. This illustration was digitally hand drawn, incorporating some of my hand generated spray paint and acrylic textures.
